Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Each order is eligible for return only once.
Only returns are accepted, no exchanges.
Refund for returns is made in terms of store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, a flat fee of Rs.100 is applicable for all returns.
Returns due to damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to return
To start a return, click on https://account.newnaa.co . Please mention the return reason along with images in case of any defect or damages.
We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 80, Defence Colony, First Avenue, Ekaduthangal, Chennai-600 032.
If an order placed using a discount code is returned, the new order will not be eligible for the same discount.

Orders not eligible for Return
Orders placed using store credit, customised product (such as special orders or personalised items)and products bought on sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll automatically receive your store credit or in case of damaged merchandise, once the details and images are shared through the provided link, further steps for store credit or full refund will be communicated within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@newnaa.co.
Refunds are processed only after receiving the original merchandise.
The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
