Order Processing Time

All our products are carefully made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, the estimated delivery times are:

Chennai: 2–4 business days

Rest of Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days

Rest of India: 7–9 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2500.

For orders up to ₹2499, a flat shipping fee applies:

Chennai: ₹49

Rest of Tamil Nadu: ₹79

Rest of India: ₹99

Payment Terms

We currently accept prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order on the Shiprocket Tracking Page using your tracking ID.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to us.
